My daughter who is just 2.5 years has a lot of dandruff in her hair all of a sudden she has got this since last week

A spot has appeared near my mothers left eye. I have shown it to the eye doctor but he hasn't given any solution. Which doctor can I show for this issue. Thanks in advance.

I've been suffering from acne on my bum since teenage.
