Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have anal itching it increases in the night and sometimes it does itch in the morning as well I had taken albendazole tablets but nothing seems to be reduced the itching is in near the opening Which doctor should I consult

My Left nostrils skin swelling from inside which cream i should apply. Doctor prescribed betamethasone cream but it not relief much.

I've been suffering from acne on my bum since teenage.
