There are various treatment options available for a wart. Some topical creams/ gels can also help. First the diagnosis needs to be comfirmed. Kindly do not use baking soda on face as it can cause irritant contact dermatitis. Warts are contagious and one should not try to excoriate/ scratch the lesions or remove them on the own, as this can lead to their spread.
