Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My husband have such pimples in his head we do not know the root cause doctor prescribed a shampoo not helpful what to be done any leads

I have sweaty palms and feet. It is very inconvenient, especially when not at home like office. I don't have a thyroid problem. Have a mild dust allergy and not under any medications. And am physically fit (not overweight). Is there any affordable treatments or remedies for the same? Or any topical medications like antiperspirant creams? Please advise on how to handle this.
