Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm using Dr Louie eye cream, but every time I apply it I feel a bit of a burning sensation near my eye . Is it normal? Should I stop using it? Although it does get better in 4-5 seconds. I have attached a picture of the list of ingredients and the name of the cream. Also I have sensitive dry skin so I use 5% niacinamide from minimalist. And then I finally use Nivea to moisturize my skin but even after all these steps my face still has dry patches in the morning

I had dandruff and dry scalp problem. I was advised to use 8x shampoo (ciclopirox & zinc pirothine) for 3 months 2-3 times a week. I stopped using it after 3 months , now the dandruff came in. Can anyone suggest should I continue the same shampoo & wat should be the dosage or frequency to use it again. Is there any good lotion which is good for hairs to keep it moisturized & maintain hair growth.

Hello, From the last 2 years I can see my hairline gradually receding from the side and started weakening in middle  and too much dandruff. Dandruff stops when using keto dandruff shampoo but I can see an increase in hair fall, and once I stop using the shampoo the dandruff comes back again
