I have tiny bumps non etchy over forehead.Please help some home remedies or medicine.photo attached.

There is a lot of itching in the private parts, please consult some cream or something else for its cure.

I have severe itching from 2 weeks on and around anus. There is no discharge, no color change. But intense itching 24x7. Initially consulted a proctologist and was prescribed smuth cream and tablet for allergy. Then consulted gynac who suspected yeast infection since I had a white vaginal discharge. Gynac prescribed candex b ointment and clotrimazole tablet along with a tablet for pinworm. However no luck. Itching has increased. Please help me understand how to proceed further
