Can i apply silicon sheets on scars after the stitches under eye..are there any side effects of applying it??

Hi, doc I have been getting bad boils on my hand, previous one formed cyst and had to rush to clinic to get it cut, a pattern I noticed is that I'm getting them few days after I had trimmed my hair, I don't know whats wrong I take necessary care washing before trimming and even after plus sanitisation of equipment. These boils are very bad, painful and cause swelling around. Please give suggestions thank you.
