I have recently done a laser surgery for anal warts after two weeks it's reoccurred how is it possible! Still poking sensation occurring I don't what to do even I also vaccinate one dose any non surgical there!?

Whenever I stratch my legs it creates a mark and it never goes away .i'm breastfeeding mom of a 2 month old baby.so if I see the dermatologist by this time will they be able to prescribe me the cream or do I need to wait until I stop my breastfeeding.and my medical condition is I have rheumatoid arthritis for the last 8 years and taking hydroxy chloroquine 200 mg tablet.
