Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mother has been experiencing skin allergies for the past 5-6 years. They are manageable only when she takes medication; however, once the course of medicine is completed, the allergies resurface. The entire back side of her leg area below the hip is affected. We have conducted various blood and allergy tests, followed all precautions, and adjusted her diet accordingly. Despite these efforts, I'm very worried as the condition persists. Can someone please provide guidance? I feel helpless. I have attached recent Medicines, which got recommended.

Hello Doctor, I have been using Skin shine cream since year and I guess almost since 4 years and when I use it face is ok but when I stopped using it and during summer or when I stop using for 2 to 3 days, my face fully becomes with kinds of iching and kind of pimples. 29. M. 5'6". 74 kg I have been problem with hair recently. My hair has become fine and lost thickness and coarse texture. They feel really soft compared to they were before. Drinking buttermilk also causes hair to feel smooth. Why is this happening. Can it happen because there is certain imbalance in gut microbes? Why am suddenly sensitive to buttermilk?
