Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have had ringworm between my thighs for more than 1 and half years and have been taking meds and applying lotions but the skin is not healing and the problem is getting even worse. I even keep the area clean but the moisture brings it back. What am I doing wrong?

I've been dealing this for a while, I've a but tight foreskin and have been dealing with this dryness for a while. Today I see there's a rash on the head as well.

Hi dr I have developed black on ny left cheek. It is there from last few years. It pains when I move trimmer over that area. I want to reduce my facial hair as I believe that they have increased over the period of time. I have already tried laser treatment and I haven't seen any significant difference.
