Hi, I started getting bumps on my lips 4 years ago and i get it twice every year now, and at least once during winter. I went to the dermatologist last time and he prescribed me a Levokin 500 mg tablet. It didn't really help and I'm very sure that this is HSV-1 because of all the symptoms. It always forms in the same area of my lip where it did before and i feel tingles when it starts. it mostly occurs when my lips are too dry or if im too stressed or eating nuts and spicy food. It's swollen with multiple bumps clustered together and it hurts and usually lasts for 2 weeks. I don't have a prescription for antivirals because my parents don't let me visit dermat again because they think it's just an allergy from some lip product so I'm unable to heal it either, i only use ice and tea tree oil on it but it doesn't help :(

I was facing hairfall and I visited a dermatologist. She looked at my scalp and did not think it was related to pattern baldness or anything. Instead it was said it's telogan effluvium and suggested Trigaine Caffeine Shampoo. I started using it two weeks ago and my hair fall during shampooing has increased, is it normal shedding phase or should i stop using it?

Hi, I have been facing hair thinning since 2 years now but never thought the need for any medications, diet and exercise. I do consume kerago mens tablets daily. Attached is my hair condition. I want to try minoxidil but very scared of it, considering after effects, consistency in application, im 37 so not sure how long will the treatment work. Is this treatable? Also should I use minoxidil and finastride. Which minoxidil is best? Also planning to start a family in 5 years time so will the medication have an impact? Im not comfortable with finastride okay with using it twice a week with minoxidil twice application.
