I am suffering from acne scars since long time. I also have taken PRP dermapen treatment, but currently I am not able to visit clinic regularly for the session. Is there any other way to heal the scars like silicon gel sheeting or ointment? Thank you

Acne scars, especially atrophic types, need collagen remodeling. PRP with dermapen (microneedling) is excellent, but at-home maintenance is possible to some extent.
Next Steps
Use topical retinoids (like adapalene 0.1%) at night to stimulate collagen.
Silicone gels/sheets are better for fresh surgical scars, less effective for old acne scars.
Regular use of vitamin C serums and niacinamide can improve texture and tone.
Health Tips
Consistency is key — results are slow (3–6 months). Avoid picking or aggressive exfoliation. Resume clinical treatments like microneedling or fractional lasers whenever feasible for best outcomes.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
