Used tacrolimus for 6 months, redness decreased by 95% but 5% was still left so dermatologist gave desonide and within two days redness increased 5x. What to do?

Started back in 2019. Showed it to a dermatologist in 2021  and he said it normal in Indians. Width has increased a bit since.

I have pigmentation on my face and tried some home remedies alongwith vitamin tablets but not getting any good results

I am a female aged 25, I want to build an anti-aging routine. I have very slight texture on my forehead (closed comedones) and I have pigmentation on my face and neck (they're darker than the rest of my body). So I want to get rid of the texture, work against aging and I want to lighten my skintone of face and neck to match my body. Please recommend which ingredients work best. Is it retinol (or tretinoin), kojic acid, arbutin, glycolic acid, ceramides, peptides or what?

For the past 10 years i am suffering from a fungal infection like condition on my penis glans and foreskin. My foreskin got discoloured to white and i tried asking a urologist who suggested circumcision is the only viable option. Based on others opinions i stopped that and applied oil regularly and slowly it got cured and my foreskin is back with the colour. But at the tip its still there, it seems like a thick layer of tissue at the tip and i can pull my foreskin back. I also tried candid cream based on a doctors suggestion but it resulted in skin thinning and irritation. As i continuously used oil and sometimes the candid cream it started curing but i am now seeing a black patches at places on glans. I couldnt pull my foreskin yet to see it better. Could someone please help in understanding what this condition is and can it be cured without need for circumcision ?

Cheilitis is reoccurring even after completing medication for one week after consulting dermatologist online. The medicine worked during the days of medication and it came back once I've finished the course. Please help me with the remedy here. If I should continue taking it for another week or suggest something else

I have consulted a Dr who told me that I am suffering from Lp pigmentation and the symptoms occurred on my back, neck, stomach underarms and on one thigh. I wanted to know what are the reasons that I got this type of allergy so that I can avoid those and can there be any laser treatment or anything so that I can remove the marks on my body occurred due to this as I am going to get married soon.
