I had a skin rash (Black) near my thighs last tear. I thought it was a small rash and ignored it by applying some lotions, but it started increasing gradually and started to spread across the thighs to my stomach and it is like dry skin and have a lot of itching in the nights, and some times white spots on it. It is spreading more these days.

Based on your description and photos, this looks like a chronic dermatophytosis (fungal infection of the skin) — commonly called tinea corporis or tinea cruris when involving thighs and abdomen. The dryness, itching, and white spots are typical signs, especially with long-standing infection.
Next Steps
Start applying a topical antifungal like Terbinafine 1% cream twice daily for at least 4 weeks.
Health Tips
Keep the affected area dry, wear loose cotton clothes, and avoid applying over-the-counter steroid creams as they worsen fungal infections.
