This white spot is only present in my knee, and is slowly becoming more visible. Is this vitiligo? What is the consultation?

My skin color changes to black suddenly and after few days it comes to normal skin and when my skin turns black my foot will be very hot and even my palm.could you please let me know why this happens.

I am 24 year old male. I have acne on my back, arm, chest area, neck region, and shoulder for three years. Sometimes they disappear, but in summer they again come back. I am using salicylic lotion on them but no relief. What to do in this case. I am worried. I have also consulted the dermatologist, but no relief, they disappeared for some time but again came back. I am having severe flammation acnes, open pores, scars, comedones. But my family isn't allowing me to consult any dermat and to treat my face skin condition. Instead they just say drink more water and everything will be alright. I don't have money right now as I am a student. Is there any home remedies to control it or treat it ?
