Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

As you can see the hair density on my right side of the crown is less. 11 years ago I had an accident and got around 7 stitches which are clearly visible in the photo. So could the reason behind the less hair density be the stitches I had there or is this baldness?

Hello, I have sensitive oily skin with whiteheads  and pigmentation. I would like to know about the daily regime with recommended products, which help to calm my skin and remove whiteheads too. I have acne marks and scars for the past 6 years now. Can I use tranxemic acid serum and niacinamide moisturizer in the morning and tretinoin cream and kojic acid serum in the night. These are alot of products but I want to know is they can be combined like this, and if not, which ones should I skip.

I sat in a cab. I didn't notice that there was an open hair pin(with a stainless steel needle I guess) below me. It pricked a little on my scrotum. I am not sure whether blood came out or not after pricking as I was unable to see at that location. I checked the pin. It looked fine only. I also got a tetanus injection the next day. But right now I have seen few videos and some articles where it was mentioned how mentally retarded people place pins/needled in public with an intention to speak HIV/other diseases. Now I'm getting a lot worried regarding that if something could get spread because of that. This is giving me a lot of tension. Can someone advise me what I should do? Should I do some testing or get some medicine or consult a doctor?
