I am having lot of hairfall and receding hairline. Also getting lot of white hairs around sides and my complete beard.

I have been having problem of lack of natural body odor. The body odor seems to return once in a blue moon and once again goes away when I eat something or drink buttermilk. Can histamine intolerence cause this? Can COVID cause this? Can bacteria in buttermilk cause this? Can biogenic amines in buttermilk cause this? How to get body odor back

Hi doctor,   I’ve noticed a lump or tightness in my armpit for a long time, and I’m concerned about it. I first noticed it very long back, and again noticed in 2023 when I had a lung infection (TB) it hasn’t changed much over time. When I raise my arm, I don’t feel anything, but when my arm is down, I feel a little tight or a lump. It doesn’t hurt. Do you think this is something I should be concerned about? Could this be a swollen lymph node, cyst, or something else? Should I get an ultrasound or any tests?

I hv redness and white pus in my foreskin (penis) , I don't know since when but I noticed in november 2024, i consulted akin dr. she gave some medicine and a gel to apply for one week, after 5 days of dose it seems like healing but after one week its started again, n now pus thing is increased, i tested for HSV 1&2 IGG N IGM , and HSV 1 IGG is active on report IGG LEVEL IS - 139.43 mg, again i visited to same dr. And she said u hv active herpes virus and it will be whole life, and again she prescribed some change meds for one month, its one week im taking meds bt there is jo improvement this time, imfact its increasing Medicines im taking currently - Tab - Valcivir- 500 , two times a day Tab - pan 40 Tab - ZMM plus Soap - Duvitin 75gm Gel - Hydroheal am 50gm What should i do?
