The above 2 tablets gave by my dermatologist so can you please help me out what it is for and uses of it and whether it is good one

In last 6 months my IGE levels moved from 1200 to 2600. I am seeing doctors and taking medicine but levels are not coming down. Bilastine 20 and Montelukast 10mg have been prescribed and I have taken them for 6 months. Still my levels are high.
