I want to get a permanent tattoo. Should I get a tetanus shot after that? what are some dos and donts after getting a tattoo?

When I got my laser done dermatologist told me to not use face wash or soap on my face rather clean it with cleansing milk. So I wanted to ask that can I also use a gentle cleanser even? Is like facescanada cleanser ok for me?

I have been suffering from butt acne for several years. A year back I used benzoyl peroxide gel. It slightly controlled it. After discontinuing it and I started using salicylic acid body wash. Now I am getting severe butt acne and its scars are there. My Butt is very pigmented and very rough with acne, acne scars and bumps. I have attached the images of it. Kindly tell me a solution for recovery.

I recently (90 days ) moved to cold country for work (poland) and my scalp started flaking up when I rub my hair. The few flakes are rounded and few are of irregular shape. After I take head bath, it is coming immediately but lesser And hairline appears white a bit, after applying coconut oil, it's normal. Additionally hair is getting too oily after 2  days. I'm using anti danruff shampoo head and shoulders for twice a week. Water is too hard here. The powder like flakes are in eyebrows and chest hair as well. Is it dry skin or something else, worried a lot. Ready to take consultation, please help. Scalp in not itchy for now, Drinking 2 litres of water daily, but first month I took less water.

My 6 year old has got white patch on his cheeks after consulting dermatologist he diagnosed him with pityriasis alba. He has given him tbis(.1%) cream, gracecort cream and duvitin moisturising cream. It has being 10 days but there is no affect. My question is it Pityriasis alba or vitiligo? If it is alba does it take time& is this correct medication. Also attaching pictures for the same.

I want to know why my vitiligo patches are lighter because when it was started I had a darker white patches but now I also have a some other develop patches but they patches are in a lighter white colour . So i want to know is it my lighter patches of vitiligo will become fully white And i also have alot of pimples; black heads and white heads so what I should do
