The above 2 tablets gave by my dermatologist so can you please help me out what it is for and uses of it and whether it is good one

In last 6 months my IGE levels moved from 1200 to 2600. I am seeing doctors and taking medicine but levels are not coming down. Bilastine 20 and Montelukast 10mg have been prescribed and I have taken them for 6 months. Still my levels are high. I have no other symptoms except sometime after taking food, Mosquito bite rashes appear on my body.

However I'm confused about the night routine as to in which order should I apply the prescribed ointments at night

Hello doctors I have been facing acne problem for the last one year, I never had pimples before but may be because of using different creams , serums this problem started, Now when I start taking any treatment like tretanoin or sebonac gel i start getting more pimples, more pimples cause more acne marks and it feels frustrating. It feels like an endless project. My cheeks are full of dark spots now. I used to have a clear face. I don't apply anything now, just moisturizer and sunscreen. But how to get rid of these dark spots. Please help
