Sores on both sides of lips and pus
My son developed a fever a week ago, followed by small blisters appearing all over his body, which subsided within 3-4 days. We consulted a local dermatologist and used prescribed medications and creams. However, over the past two days, cold sore-like lesions have appeared besides his lips, occasionally filled with pus.
