White Reflecting dot on Hand palm
I have a white reflecting dot on a hand palm which usually there for 3 years but it itches only when I'm using detergent or hold any hard substance tightly or sometimes keeping my hands wet for a long time. The dot is present always but only while itching the skin becomes reddish and disappears. Atleast happens once a day. What it is?
