Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

A lot of itching in back. He had been a heart patient for long time , we tried several medicines but the itching condition is not getting any better, also he sometimes have liver problem (accouridng to a general physician of our area, so the conditions he is facing might be linked) I am not sure.

Hello, I am facing acne on face and more on scalp since 5 yrs. Taken medicine also as per doctor prescription and got relief till I take medicine. But after that same condition. Taken full course of isotretinoin, but same happened. Now I have left all the medicine because taking too much medicine cause long term side effects to our vital organs and moreover the medicine is just a temporary solution till now I understood. Some doctor said that this is due to hormone ,age related ... But not got the solution. Please guide me if I need to continue medicine or should change my diet. Or any good hair product, facewash Or soap. Can indigestion also cause acne?

My doctor suggested to use xerina cream as moisturizer with combination of coconut oil. First need to apply coconut oil and then cream/gel. I want to know that xerina cream(urea based mois) or any other lotions for Ichthyosis vulgaris

I was opening a gulab jamun can and I cut my finger and so much blood was flowing out should I get tetanus injection?

It's been 6 months since these type of pimples are happening near the nose area it's sometimes painful and can't be cure by any face wash I use. They come and go  everytime. And get burst while cleaning the face I need some advice whom to consult for this.
