I have a big boil below the underarms , just next to the chest. It's painful and I have this from 1 week

Boil , which is also called as furuncle, need to be treated and if not it can become abscess . And may require surgery if not treated well on time. Sometimes also leads to nodule in armpit or axilla or lymph node swelling.
