Hello there, u can use antibiotic like fusidic acid cream or mupirocin ointment along with if there are multiple u can have systemic antibiotic also ; however why is it occurring , proper history needs to be given

You need topical antibiotics if these are localised . Or else if recurrent or widespread then the underlying cause needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist.
