I am having severe flammation acnes, open pores, scars, comedones. But my family isn't allowing me to consult any dermat and to treat my face skin condition. Instead they just say drink more water and everything will be alright. I don't have money right now as I am a student. Is there any home remedies to control it or treat it ?
Should I go for a run as it will sweat my body leading to remove of flammation of my body ?

Avoid oily & milk based products. At your age hormonal changes are quite common, which can aggravate acne.
During summers due to excessive sweating pores usually enlarge, so take too much stress about it.
For starting u can go for a Salicylic acid based or glycolic acid based facewash twice or thrice daily, which may help to control both your acne & pore problems.
Health Tips
If u want u can go for a general Azithromycin 500mg 5 days a week course for 3 weeks to control inflammation.
avoid touching or pressing the acne regularly, as it can lead to scars or increased pigmentation issues.
