Hello doctors, I have a few dark spots on my face which won't budge even after going through light therapy and using tretinoin. It is taking a good amount of time and months. I follow my skincare routine religiously. I do not have the time to wait so long . Kindly suggest what would be an effective in clinic treatment for dark spots on the face left back due to acne.

I have had dandruff for a long time and an oily, itchy scalp. I also experience hair fall, though it has reduced recently. However, if I skip washing my hair for a day, dandruff reappears. I have no skin conditions. I’ve tried regular anti-dandruff shampoos, but the problem persists. What could be the cause, and what treatment or shampoo do you recommend?
