Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am suffering from persistent itching from my both lower leg portions and also small red bumps are there. What is this.

I have been experiencing dry skin and rash on my penis head lately. When I pee I feel a burning sensation, i am have an urge to pee but when I try to I can hardly pee. I was able to retract my foreskin but for a couple of days it gets very difficult to do so. I get this burning sensation when I try to do so. I also feel an itching sensation under the skin and I've got an inflammation on my penis head. Whom shall I consult and what can this issue be?

Hi , I have dandruff in my eyebrows beard and scalp. I use antifungal for sometime and it goes away as I discontinue medication it comes back. Need long term solution for this. Also I have P rosea from childhood.

Can i take creatine for gym? Will it cause hairfall and dry scalp or will it worsen the dandruff even more? Is there any side effects on skin of taking creatine?

Hi doctors, I am experiencing a lot of white coloured slightly thick flakes coming out of my scalp when I scratch it (Refer images). At a few places, they are greasy and would stick in my nails. I also have scaling scalp where I could see residual of white coloured flakes on my hairline which doesn't go away even after shampooing (I use anti dandruff shampoo).Although there is no redness or itchiness. I am not sure if this is my dry scalp or dandruff situation but I've referred dermatologists which didn't help either. I've used a bunch of shampoos and cream but no positive result. Please help me understand what it can possibly be and let me know trusted solutions. I have also heard Neutrogena t sal and t gel are really good options. Which one should I go with considering my condition? Thank you in advance.
