Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I need some suggestions, To prevent my hair from falling, And i have noticed this for two years. I don't get any time to go for clinic to do any tests

The title basically sums it up, I'm 23 years old and my hairline from the front (except right at the center) is falling and my hairline is receding, which is very worrying. I use Mamaearth shampoo and conditioner thrice a week, and apply oil once a week. I workout regularly at the gym and eat clean as well. What should I do?
