Fungal infection of toes of both feet
I was diagnosed with fungal infection. Underlying genetic history of diabetes.. My blood sugar is normal. I have used oral itraconazole tablets 200mg for 6 months. Applied amlostar cream on affected toes for 6 months. This is my present condition. Should i change treatment course.? How long to continue further?

Pic is from very far. Seems to be fungal but if there is no response then need to look at other diagnosis like nail psoriasis or other skin conditions
