Cyst and sac in underarm
I have been facing this cyst issue in my underarm for the past 5-6 months. In the beginning it was small, no pain, no blood. But this time I can feel something is inside that cyst, I tried to remove it, but only blood came. So I stopped, but now it's open, and only a little bit of blood is coming out, not cyst/sac. I feel pain now, it's red due to blood, also now every cloth i wear gets stuck with that cyst.

It sounds like your cyst is now inflamed and possibly infected, especially since it's open, painful, and bleeding.
Next Steps
Please consult a dermatologist or surgeon urgently. You may need proper drainage, antibiotics, and possibly cyst excision.
Health Tips
Keep the area clean, avoid squeezing it further, cover it lightly with sterile gauze, and seek medical help as soon as possible to prevent worsening.
