Dark underarms
Can i use retino a cream for my dark underarms. Will it lighten my skin? I also have dark area near neck and inner thighs. Can i use retino a cream even there?

It will cause severe irritation. Please don't self treat. This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin folds like underarms, inner thighs or groin, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated.
