My spots around mouth is not going so I need to check my CBC and Vitamin B12 in body for the treatment

I wanted to know if using Tugain Minoxidil 5% Solutionwill be better or Morr F tropical solution Or follihair serum ? I am suffering from androgenetic alopecia

I am having head acne problem in back side from last 5 years what do to? No other health problem everything else is normal. It ia uust in Summer these acne comes up.

So..I just asked about a small dark line under my right thumb nail. The picture I attached was not much clear as it is hard to focus on nail..but I have clicked this one so you may get better idea. And ma'am.. even I thought it's a spot but it's a little vertical if I look closely. Though it's not not very dark like pitch black..it could be any dark color like purple brown or even black..so I can't tell exact but it looks dark.. anyway, you decide what it is. Is it serious or Normal?

I don't what they are Appear just like skin of strawberry on my nose area and sometimes near upper cheek area. They are of my skin colour so it can only be seen when I am too close to a mirror. I don't have acne. They are not even bumps. I wash my face regularly

1month ago i had burn isauw in my left hand uper side of wrist after having burn issue till 2layer, Now its cured but i got its mark so want to know well known cream which can vanish my burn mark plz suggest.

Can i use Propysalic nf ointment for allergies in my face? Like i was prescribed to use Propysalic nf lotion by my doctor once when i was having allergies and had red rashes in my face. So can i use it now? Will it harm my skin? Is the ointment safe. It stink a lil bit. So i am considering ointment over lotion. So should i use it?
