I am having excessive hair fall bunch of hairs coming in hand when ever I touch my hair.And having fizziness and and getting natural oil in 2nd day of hair wash. Using herbal shampoo not using conditioner as it makes my scalp oil.

Dear doctor, I have a dark red scaly patch on my left foot for the last 13 years. A prior consultation with a dermatologist at BHU confirmed that the patch was psoriasis. It was present bilaterally on my elbows as well. However those have completely vanished. The one on the foot remains and has now grown to about an inch in diameter. I was prescribed lobetasone urea and salicylic acid ointment which only gives temporary relief from itching and inflammation. Attaching herewith a picture of the same. Kindly advise.

Hello Team, I have a little pigmented area around my mouth. What would be the best way to get rid of it. I had tried Diptiwhite cream that clean that pigmentation but it came again when I stopped the usage of cream. I also tried Mederma as well seems like its not working for pigmentation. What would be best way to get rid of pigmented area ? Any suggestions will be fruitful. Thanks in Advance.
