I am having hairfall. With every combing lots of hair is falling. I m really worried as my hair has become thin

I am currently using ethiglo face wash twice a day.. just wanna ask can i use it as a daily face wash or stop using it after 3 months

I am suffering from this problem from past 3-4 years. Sometime it cause irritation and rashes and sometimes its normal and disapear for few days. Many a times its like small bumps on the arms .Please suggest me some permanent medical treatment for this problem.
