Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm worried about my dark elbows and under arms... is there any ointments? I have even tried applying lemon juice over it .. but no effect..very much embarrassed

I have a condition where i have itching in my whole body. Things I have tried so far, 1) i consulted a dermatologist who prescribed me anti fungal medicine, had a course of about 1months with no improvement at all. 2) i consulted a ayurvedia doctor whose course I followed for month and a half, with a strict diet which he prescribed. I did had 2-3 instances where, I had some itching but nothing major in particular. I am not allergic to anything as most of the food i have been consuming didn't had such effect on my body previously. Haven't been taking non veg for 2-3 months.
