Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Good Morning! I am 34, F, 50 kgs & 5 feet tall. I have combination skin ( tzone oily +normal) from last 4-5 months I am getting periods acne 1 week before start of cycle all over cheeks & jaw area, chin hair growth has increased & scalp is oily with dandruff needs wash alternate days with excessive hairfall leading to bald patches & receeding hairline. Tests show hormone levels are fine, no history of any illness, periods are regular & happens every month accompanied with spotting & pain need help.

I have been experiencing acne on my lower back since a month now. I recently changed my place of residence from Noida to Gurgaon. I have never experienced this kind of acne before and my skin is quite healthy. Please suggest what to do.

Hi. I had aphthous ulcers on my lower and upper lip (right side) in a series. It got cured by its own just after applying like warm desi ghee by 7th day. I again got the same on the lower lip (left side) after a week of time from the day the previous ulcers got cured. Pls let me know how frequently could I get these ulcers repeatedly? Also, any other suggestions would be pretty much helpful. Thanks.
