Boil on my hip from 5to 6 days Hard skin and red around it Pain on hip and not able to sit properly.

I would like to ask if kojitin gel is to be applied only on the hyperpigmented area or on the whole face

I'm currently using minoxidil 5% solution, I want regrow hair little bit quicker, can I use minoxidil 10% solution and which minoxidil or any other medicine is better for hair regrowth

I have been having hair fall from past few years and its getting worse. What is the best treatment for hair fall and is there any way for regrowth of hair?

I have a patchy beard and the growth rate of my beard is very slow & uneven. I want to have a proper beard and also nourish it and keep a clean and tidy beard. I apply & massage with castor oil on my beard area every morning after bath & use a beard growth oil (brand : beardo) after washing my face with a face wash using luke warm water every night before going to bed. I've been doing this since about 3 weeks but I've seen very minimal results. I've attached the pictures of my beard. The last date I clean shaved my face was on 26.06.2020. Can u suggest what more I can do to get a proper beard ?? I don't want to take any tablets or medications. And go the home remedial ways or apply any oil etc for a beard.

So I had a circular mole or dead skin..around 5mm on my left lower leg for around 5 years. Didn't know exactly what it is..but recently I scratched quite a bit because I didn't like and that different color skin peeled off..on 6th July. The skin below it was pink with little bit blood but not oozing out. Not so much blood since it was the upper layer of skin peeled off. For safety, I used betadine on it twice on first 2 days. Though it didn't pain even then or even now. Even when I touch or press it..it doesn't pain. No swelling on it or around it. My only worry..is what is this white thing on it that's covering it. It's not liquid or very thick thing like a brown scab. It doesn't look like a pus..I didn't see or felt any pus oozing out. Is it healing properly?

Dear Dr ! I am suffering a lot of acne problem on my face. Recently on my face lot of warts increasing day by day so that my face getting ugly. So, can you please suggest me a best way to rid of this with medicine or treatment ? Here I am attaching pictures also.
