Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have 2 cysts/lump on my groin from past 1 year i want to remove them , no pain or itching is their anything that they can removed without surgery.

Pimples and hair dandraf, dandraf face and body have  many pimples painfull to touch body thats my problem

Lipoma Lumbs at the left hip and rib, and it's not painful but sometimes it irritates and bothers alot, please help me get through what treatment has to be done and how this could be removed. I really feel very uncomfortable with that. Suggession and treatments please, Thanks in advance

I am having multiple boils or abscesses not exactly what they are but they are painless I only feel itching a bit. They are red in colour, earlier I only got one in March and later it went away leaving bursted skin marks. Later I got 2 more and they went away as well. But now I have more than 5 and these are bloody in colour and I am bit worried. Attaching picture.

In my groin area ringworm is formed and I started using Saibol cream but it's not cured and it's spreading to other areas so can I use "FourDerm" cream and "Terbicip" tablets ??
