Acne all over face
From past 15 days , I have all these acne all.over my face, chin and neck.. I have never had this acne issue in the past but from past few weeks it's really getting difficult for me

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello..
Images show that you probably have hair follicle infection mostly due to post shave. You definitely need a course of oral antibiotics and topical creams to treat it before it gets worse. Kindly consult and get it treated.

Hello there...it looks like you are having hair root infection probably post shaving. Since itz multiple and with pus, you l have to take oral antibiotic tablets along with creams. Also check for dandruff on beard areas.Avoid reverse shaving.Kindly consult so that prescription can be given.
