Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

So i am thinking of using supplement(Chicnutrix Bounce HRC, Biotin, Selenium For A Good Hair Day) for my hair. I have asthma and allergetic to some foods like almonds, eggs, milk and other things. Should i take it? Is it safe for me? And if yes should i take it empty stomach?

As you can see in this pic, I have this on my left leg. I noticed this 5 years ago for the first time. I had chicken pox 5 years ago. So, I never noticed this or saw this before that. So, i thought maybe it's due chicken pox. I never saw it before so it bothered me to check. It felt a little different from normal skin. Like rubbery skin..which I usually try to peel with nail. But overall, it never bothered me for once in last 5 years. It doesn't look any bigger I believe..it sure doesn't pain at all. But now I am having a little anxiety issues so I want to clear that it's nothing serious. And if it is.. what it is..is it just a mole..or is it damaged skin by chicken pox from 5 years back. I HOPE IT'S NOT A CANCER OR SOMETHING SIMILAR.

What Cream should I use to heal my acne on chest , back or basically keloid prone areas ? With every ache I worry I will get a new keloid. Please help as I cannot go out due tk theis crisis situation

1) I have a viral wart on my finger, it's growing like anything...last year I had only one now more than 15 nos. I did consultation on practo and doctor prescribed candid b lotion and konaz ct lotion I forgot to ask how to apply these on my scalp And if i apply candid b lotion on my scalp will my hair get any bad effect? I

Around 10 days ago I was suddenly having acne breakout after which a doc prescribed tonenglo facewash, aziderm 20% for morning and deriva bpo for night. In a week, I was feeling dryness around the corners of my nose and lower lip. So I stopped using deriva. Now I have these red patches under my lower lip and I don't know what to do. I applied cetaphil moisturizer since I thought it is bcz of dryness but it only seems to have spread a bit. Will really appreciate advice on this.

I have a excessive hair loss problem. When i use shampoo there is excessive hair loss after doing it, I use tressme shampoo and because of my curly hairs my hairs get tangled and after combing it there is lot of breakage of my hair. I don't know why there is so much hair loss, it is because of my shampoo or because of vitamins. Kindly, suggest which shampoo I can use for less breakage and to increase the growth of hair. Severe hair fall problem since last 3-4 years. Have undergone PRP treatment as well but no results so far. Now a days taking homeopathy medicines. Initially was diagnosed with thyroid problem but from last one year TSH is also normal, still the hair condition is very bad and with time it's becoming bad to worse.
