Allergies can occur due to many things, even some things you were not Allergic before can cause Allergies later and vice versa ...best is to get BLOOD ALLERGY panel test done and avoid the things and it's similar things ,for which it indicates can cause Allergies..this list you'll have to put up in your kitchen , office etc..During acute Allergies it is must to take anti Allergic treatment from a Dermatologist
