Dark and dry lips
I have dark and dry lips. I drink plenty of water. I have used lip balms from different brands but it has not lightened my lips. Please suggest something for lips lightening and softening.

There are many reasons for dry lips. Photos and detail history is required for correct diagnosis and treatment. Only lip balm is not enough. Avoid using lip colour or lip balm which has fragrance and colour that will add to your problem.
