Hello dear. Suntan would go automatically. No need for lasers. Just keep the area covered and wear a medicated sunscreen There are a few lotions and tablets which can help achieve the goal faster

Usually creams are effective. But if the dark spots are from a long time then selective peels or laser is an option. Need more details. Kindly share pics . Consult me on practo for guidance and prescription.

Attach pics bcoz i need to see what Fitzpatrick skin type you belong to. In general, glycolic peels and retino peels with a combi of q switched nd YAG LASER would do the trick.
