Face darkening after deriva bpo gel
I was prescribed Doxycycline 100mg, deriva bpo gel and saslic ds face wash and i followed this routine for 15 days and my dermatologist has asked me to continue for another 15 days. however my concern is my face is getting darker near the eyes, there is hyperpigmentation because of deriva bpo i suppose. but the doctor told me to continue even after looking at the pictures. Please help.

Saslic face wash and deriva BPO are both drying for the face. Dryness increases the pigmentation. You need to apply moisturiser meant for acne prone skin and over that apply apply deriva BPO for acne lesions - try with short contact.
Next Steps
- Online consultation is suggested - r/o pco
