Taken isotretinoin for 3months but after completed course hairfall occur and hair became thin...Doctor said it is temporary loss but still after 5months my hair does not reappear

I have dry skin because of which recently I am getting white patches on my skin. I had consulted a doctor before and she recommend me to use verusia max lotion after using that my dry patch was gone but I have again developed the same patch on my face

Hi , I am having dryness in both the corners of the mouth and it become pink and dark, because of this I couldn't able to open my mouth. I applied oil as well as moisturizer to cure the dryness but it become futile. I have attached the infected area for your reference. Kindly provide some solution to cure this allergy. Thank you.

I took B12 supplements 1.5 mg daily, due to which I started to have pimples especially some tiny pimples in groups on forhead having appearances like prickly heat(but they are pimples not prickly heat), and on face I get only 1 or 2 pimples at a given time. I stopped taking B12 and started taking a Bcmplx instead. My pimples have reduced a lot, but I still have some. Stopping B12 and taking Bcmplx has given better results than stopping B12 and not taking Bcmplx. I think due to having taken only B12, i got imbalance in b vitamins in my body, that's why b complex improved the situation by correcting that imbalance because of all b vitamins being present in Bcomplex. Now I want to get rid of these pimples completely. So can I take Tablets containing 750 mg of niacinamide, 25 mg of zinc, 1.5 mg of copper, and 500 mcg of folic acid Or tablets containing niacinamide, azelaic acid, zinc, vitamin B6, copper, and folic acid? If yes, can you recommend name of a medicine with such composition?

My face having pimple all over and have marks due to this as is there any way by which I can improve my skin and remove pimple marks

Hello, I got hell lot of small small pimples kind of stuff on my two cheeks. I believe it is because of some product reaction. I consulted doctor and he prescribed adapelene( acneved duo) and clear gel. After applying acneved duo heat bumps got supressed but it left very big dark spots on my face. I was sufferng with vitamin d deficiency for which doctor suggested to take sunlight morning time for half an hour. I took sunlight between 8 am - 9 am but still i got black patches around my mouth( not sure if it is because of sunlight or ointments he suggested). Its been two months , he suggested pluerur serum and suncreen. But i found only 5% change. My face( both cheeks and forehead) is filled with black dark spots and also dark patches around mouth. Can you suggest me if there is any treatment that can cure my problem in 1 month and in low cost. Does chemical peels solve my issue or can you suggest any ointment that solves dark patches around my mouth on priority. I have attached photo
