Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I use vitamin c serum at night ( sesderma c vit) and since I am a housewife and it's winter I don't go outside In sun ( when I do I use sunscreen)  just about lil exposure to the sunlight coming inside the house in the kitchen ..bedroom I keep windows shut Will I have to use suncreen even if I don't go out ?..

I am a female. I've been using a redensyl hair serum that has saw palmetto in it. Someone warned me that it could impact DHT in women and can increase testosterone level. Is there any truth to it if it is applied topically? I am close to finishing the 60ml bottle and I haven't observed any side-effects. Saw Palmetto is one if the last ingredients in the list. I have one more bottle of it remaining. Is it a good idea to continue using it?

I have been on few medicines prescribed by my dermatologist.. the medicines not easily available at local drug shop or online . If I share my prescription can u tell me same variant generic medicines. Thank you

My hair fall is increasing day by day since last seven eight months. Now I have thin hairline problem and volume of my hair is converted to 1/3 of my original hairs. I also have dandruff problem on my scalp.

I have bumps and acne on my face, really oily skin and whiteheads. i have tried many things but no results.

Whenver I travel during daytime with sun shining even for 1 hour my skin starts itching. Yesterday, I went out for 3-4 hours and my skin first got tan and next morning my face was swollen very bad. My cheeks and eye area are swelling too much. Lips are dry, patchy and really hard. Forhead is red and itchy. From the time I came back home after exposing in sun, my face is heated up like in fever. But I don't have any fever or cold (or any other health issue). I am also having very tiny rashes on full face. So far I am applying aloe vera and cold compression constantly. Please help.

Hello, I got hyperpigmentation on my nasal bridge. I was advised to use kojivit ultra cream for one month but after using from two months I do not see improvement. Then again I checked with the doctor and she advised me to use Triglow cream alternate day and kojiflo cream daily. Would you advise if these creams are safe to use. Can't I use any one of these creams ?
