Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Entire body starts itching and palms start getting red. Taking levocetrizine reduces the problem for 2-3 days. What is best solution to control it. Consulated over dozens of doctors but could not find the ideal remedy. Problem starts after every 2- 3 days and it has become unbearable. Any suggestions to get rid of it.

I developed small , 1 cm2 area on cheeks , light pigmentation on skin, could you please suggest line of action or home remedies for this.
