Is there a permanent solution for dandruff? I use nezral shampoo but dandruff reoccurs after stopping the shampoo.

Dear sir/madam, There is a darkness under my eyes, may reason due to usage of phone at night by way of watching movies in dark. Even my friends did the same , but they didn't get this issue. Some symptoms: Tiredness of eyes every time. Feeling fatigue all the time. Heavy breathing- taking too much pressure. I thought there may be a less oxygen in my blood. I am facing huge hair hall from last 9 months . I had faced the same issue in 2018 and I used minoxidil that time recommend by a dermat. I am facing the same issue from last 10 months again and this time the hair fall is huge . I lost around 70% of my hair. None of the medication is showing me result. Nor I am suffering from pcod or tyroid. I am eating an healthy diet..using hair4u shampoo with conditioner . Please suggest me what to do. My hair fall is huge .I am loosing around 1000 stands everyday.

I am a 20 year old female, and have had hairfall since 14-15 years of age. I took acne treatment containing isotretinoin when I was 15 years old for 6 months. My hair is very weak, and falls easily. Recently I have been suggested by some people that I might have female pattern hair loss. I have evenly thin hair all over my scalp. How can I confirm this? If not fphl, what else could it be? If it is infact female pattern hairloss, is it advisable to take a Minoxidil medication course long-term? What are my other options?
