Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can i take polybion czs tab instead of polybion for hair fall and thinning. I was recommended polybion but it is unavailable.

Is there any medication for scalp tenderness. The cause of mine is unknown, but the previous doctor diagnosed it as occipital neuralgia and I'm taking painkiller for that, but that tenderness is not going away, like a tingling feeling.

My doctor prescribed me Doxy 1 LDR capsules in my first consultation for 2 weeks twice daily for my acne. In my second consultation she prescribed me the same for another week but once a day, which I took for two nights but it ran out of stock but in my nearby chemist it was unavailable so they gave me Doxt SL capsules. Can I take Doxt SL capsules now instead of Doxy 1 LDR capsules?

So I've been having acne for almost 2 months now. I do get one or two acne which are huge n painful. I also get painful pimples with whiteheads. I had previously severe acne, I used doxycycline which was prescribed to me, but the acne came back! So can i use Isotretinoin 5mg to get rid of it?

I'm facing hair loss because in my are water is not good and because of this I'm planning to take sugar bear capsule to stop it can u suggest on this is this safe to take biotin supplement for hair and some medicated shampoo also in which there is no chemical

I have chronic folliculitis in scalp and face, mostly scalp causing swelling and big bumps filled with puss and it pains alot, it goes after use of fusidic acid and antibiotics after 10 15 days it came back. Also got bumps on my neck due to this which enlarge and reduce as per scalp folliculis condition.

I have Skin rashes from last 2 months. It had started from my Arm and Now I feeling it on my trunk. Some times feels itching. Is it Allergy OR some fungal infection...? Uploaded some images.

Hello Doctor I m suffering from skin diseases from last 3years . I m using no scar cream after that when I left one day my skin full of redness, itching, postulate fill of pus very little little, I m go to doctor he too me injection and give one steroid cream, my face is ok after sometimes it appears again, I have done all treatment allopathy, heomopathy, aryuvedic, but my conditions is worst. No improvement, my face ok when any antifungal antibacterial cream use but it's not solution I think because in this cream I am using steroid cream.

I have mild melasma but it covers my whole face. At first glance nobody can tell I have melasma but it makes my face darker than the rest if my body. I've been using tretinoin, azelaic acid, niacinamide, alpha arbutin since last six months. Also got 4 clearlift lasers done and one microneedling before covid started. Results are minimal. Is cosmelan treatment suitable for Indian skin type or is there a risk of more post inflammatory hyperpigmentation? Also, how much does the cosmelan treatment cost approximately?
