Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been suffering from fungal infections for a week in groin area, ears, behind both the ears below the earlobe and some patches on belly. I have never experienced any such fungal infections before in my life. The only Medicine I have been taking for 3-4 months is VELGUT (probiotic+prebiotic). Can this medicine cause all these fungal infections in the body? Right now I am already on treatment with a dermat so I don't need any more consultation from a new doctor. I just want to know if this medicine VELGUT has the potential to cause fungal infections in my body or not? P.S. - CBC report is all negative.

Hi my mother is 66 years old. She has cracked heels now in winters it has become worse she is not able to walk properly.because in one foot sole crack is big. Its been months that there is dry skin within and flaky. Itching is less now but I feel skin itchy and take out that dry flakes , ear feels so sensitive . Feels now its baby skin.
