Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I m having jock itch and for that I was taking itraconazoal 200mg twice a day for 20 days and ketoconazole soap and ketoconazole cream twice a day for application and clotrimazole powder but I got relief only for 10 days during treatment and now today my treatment is ending and my infection is same as it was. Please prescribe me medicine.

I did a VDRL test and it was reactive 1:4 .Followed it up with a TPHA test and it was negative. Did HIV , herpes test as per doctors advice and they were negative. He gave me an anti bacterial cream and said it was fine. I was wondering what may have caused the VDRL to be reactive. I had a yellow fever Vaccination done a month ago by the way.

Hello, i just want to ask that my both thumb nails of my hand are not growing straight they grow like tilted on one side more i just want to know that this is because of any problem with my thumb nails or my thumb bone?? And can i cure this condition because it looks really weird. please let me know what to do i have attached pictures too.

I have linear lichen planus nearly 1year.I use tacrolimus ointment 0.3% about 1month prescribed by doctor .but my black spot at the place of linear lichen planus does not fade away.and also it's increasing.
