Itching and tiny sores on skin some of these filled with water, since one week it is happening, what medication I should take?

I am 26 years old,i have oily skin and scalp not much oily, i have dandruff also nd scalp sometimes itches, and there are bumps also, my scalp is very tender to touch. What should i use to treat it, please suggest.
